    • Oh cool! I’m glad you liked it! I love your blog and everything you make. I actually don’t know how long it keeps. I think at least more than a week or so. I actually freeze it so it won’t go bad. It’ll last a very long time in the freezer. I’ll ask my brother what he does, but that’s what I did with it!

        It should keep at least a month, if you don’t use it all by then! I’ve never had any in my fridge longer than that before it was all gone. I think the acidity from the apple cider vinegar and lime juice help preserve it. Add 2 – 4 habaneros to turn up the heat. Thanks for all the compliments on my recipe.

    I made this sauce last week and it is delicious, a definite step up from store bought hot sauces. It is not overpoweringly spicy and has great flavor to go along with the heat. Go out and give this one a try.

    I just made this today and it is a keeper!! Thanks so much for this. We have been looking for a habanero recipe that didn’t have very much vinegar. We will be making this again!
