  1. So much Jerusalem! Your eggplant does look lovely. I’m getting quite hungry from this recipe. When I get home, have an immersion blender, and a real kitchen, I would love to try this out. Although I should probably get the cookbook for myself. At some point. Have you tried any of their desserts out?

    • Yes, I love the book. I am going to attempt a dessert soon. The blog that I mentioned in the post is encouraging dessert entries this month! At your suggestion, Eliza, I got some fiddlehead ferns. Post to come. I really liked them! I thought of your mom foraging for them as I ate them!
