  1. OOOhhhhh well, just add some crostini to this frittata. A good red wine!!! And as the song said: I’m in heaven. Lovely dish for an autumn/ winter cold Saturday or Sunday afternoon. (Sorry I’m spanish, I love taking a nap and mainly I just can do it on weekend), Lovely blog also.

  2. I released it on a Friday afternoon right before a trip to Miami. So I actually had time to make breakfast! I too love fennel and dill. I collected a bunch of Cuban recipes down there that I hope to reacreate in the kitchen very soon!
