1. Delicious recipe, I love pistachios and the dates are an interesting addition- never tried this idea with salmon. I can relate to your late dining – and the transformative power of a good meal. We operate on continental time for dinner due to working, running, in lighter nights gardening and before we know it, it’s very late. However, I’m a night owl so blogging gives me time to digest dinner before bed 🙂
