  1. I’ll have to try this recipe! My experiences with tempeh differ from yours — unlike tofu, I think tempeh has a strong flavor reminiscent of mushrooms. I enjoyed your photos!

    • Thanks for stopping by, Larry! I do think tempeh has a stronger flavor than tofu, but if you marinate it for longer, it will absorb the flavors around it and be less mushroom-y. This dish is a great, quick go-to!
